Crack Cake (Wine Cake)
Trust me when I tell you that after you make this cake, you will never go back! I’ve never had such an incredible, ooey gooey, amazingly moist, cake! Fair warning, its hard to stop eating it and your family member will LOVE you for making it!
What you’ll need to make it:
1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
4 eggs
3/4 cup of water
3/4 cup oil
1/2 cup white wine (which ever one you want. I like using a Chardonnay or Pinot Grigio)
1/2 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
Mix together and pour into bundt pan
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
FROSTING:
Melt 1 stick of butter
1/4 cup white wine
1 cup sugar
Melt until sugar is dissolved and butter is fully melted. Do not let it boil!
Pour over cake when done and let it cool! Enjoy!
