Mississippi Chicken Noodle Soup

If you’ve been with us for a while, you know my love for Mississippi anything! There is something about that flavor combo that I just can’t get enough of! So when I saw this soup recipe, I knew I HAD to make it! Y’all, hear me out…I almost shed a tear, it was so dang good!!! Oh and did I mention, its a crockpot recipe, so you can just dump and go! Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 packet of dry ranch dressing mix

  • 1 (1-oz) packet Au Jus gravy mix

  • 2 stalks celery diced

  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced

  • 4 cups chicken broth (We love to use Better than Bouillon)

  • 1 cup jarred sliced pepperoncini peppers

  • ¼ cup jarred pepperoncini pepper juice

  • 2 cups uncooked medium egg noodles
